Reasons Coupons Might Not Work
1. The coupon is no longer active.
2. You have used it before. As of 03/10/2024, all coupons we issue are one use per customer. If you have used the coupon in the past, this is why it didn't work for you.
3. Coupons with a 20% value are issued to affiliates for advertising. The affiliate may have deactivated the coupon, or the affiliate will no longer be working for us.
4. Coupon sites. We aggressively remove coupons found on sites that are not healthy or endorsed. We have seen coupon sites advertise codes we've never issued; I have no idea why they would do this.

Please contact us, include the coupon's value and the code that didn't work for you, and we will investigate the problem. Please note that coupons deducted from an order retroactively are refunded as store credit and not cash back to your card.
