If you are having trouble with your card being declined, please check the following.
Data Entry Errors
Your card number, CVV (code on the back), and billing zip code must all match.
Transaction Blocked
Check to see if your bank blocked the transaction. This is a common problem for debit cards. If the bank has blocked the transaction, you must ask them to unblock our company.
Excessive Attempts
Our site will block further attempts for 24 hours if you have tried more than five times.
Request a Transaction Report
If you still do not know why your card was blocked, we're happy to pull the transaction records and find out the reason. When contacting us, please provide specific information so we can research your problem.
- Date your card was declined.
- Billing Name: First & Last.
- Email address used during checkout.
- Transaction amount.
