Creating Account Error Message

Error Message: That Email Is Already In Use.

We use email addresses provided during checkout to track orders for guests and customer accounts. If you received an error message that says that the email is already in use, it means the email address has already been used to place an order. Follow the steps below to create an account.

  1. Go to https://healthnatura.com/login.php?action=reset_password.
  2. This will take you to the Reset Password page. Enter your email address and click Submit.
  3. You will receive an email from our system with a password reset link. The link will take you to a secure page where you can create a password.
